気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The worst stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival the unit was a townhome NOT a house as advertised. Parking was in a loud and busy parking lot and neighbors kept us up all week. I immediately reached out to the host about how filthy and in bad shape the unit was in WITH pictures. There was no lighting in the downstairs bedroom and a shorting out overhead light. The bedside tables beside the bed were missing or smashed. There were stains on the carpet, black mold in several spots in the home and one closet completely consumed with it upstairs. The baseboards and doors had sticky, dirty handprints on them and there were pubes in the unused bathroom from previous guests. UNE homes sent out maintenance who wiped on spot of mold and cleaned a carpet stain. They also tightened the leg of the dining room table and left the carpet cleaner on the counter. We were still left in filth and mold with no lighting. I reached out to the host and VRBO only to be told they were both unwilling to do anything. I have 35 pictures of the things I've described. Ive never had an experience like this and will no longer stay with VRBO again. Now in hindsight i see several google reviews like mine on UNE homes where maria the host tries to cover up and shame guests. That won't work here. I've actually filed a complaint with the FL health dept because someone is going to get very sick living in the mold they refuse to remedy. RUN from this host and this unit!
