We are two elementary school teacher in south Florida who love the north Georgia mountains. We have 5 children and we all look forward to being in the mountains. We have been renting our other cabin In Hiawassee for years and love sharing our dreams with our guests. There is everything we love to do here: wineries, hiking, boating, tubing, whitewater rafting, antiquing, BBQ, fire pits, hot tub, horseback riding, waterfalls, and so much more. You will be amazed!

This easily accessible cabin is nestled in a what feels like a 'fairy tale forest' and allows us to totally unwind and de-stress. The house sits half-way up the hillside that makes the cabin feel like a treehouse. Its amazing features include the romantic wood burning fireplace, a wood burning creek side fire pit, a gas fire pit on the over-sized deck, a bubbling new lounging style hot tub, and a private switchback style nature trail that winds down to the babbling creek. Songbird Creek Cabin is an oasis from city life. Come sit and rock on the porch while enjoying the sightings of deer grazing in the surrounding forest. Visit and you'll want to stay.

This cabin has a great creek-side location that allows you to enjoy nature and the mountains at its finest. Unlike many other cabin properties, you won't need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to arrive at this paradise. The property includes 2 fire pits and an excellent location close to so many things to do. It is only 3 minutes from Hightower Creek Winery and Vineyard,. delicious wines and an amazing sangria slushy, along with over 20 other wineries. This cabin is close to both Clayton and Hiawassee where you can go hiking, antiquing, boating, dine at delicious restaurants, and visit the Georgia Fairgrounds, just to name a few. You will love this place!
