They thought of everything.

We had a great stay at this property. The owners really thought of everything. The hot tub was wonderful. The home was spacious. Our 18yr old and her friend (also 18) got the entire bottom floor to themselves, my husband and I got the rest of the house, as if it were 2 apartments in one. Just a couple things to note about the property: the driveway is very narrow, and parking is very tight for a large vehicle. We had a suburban and thankfully a backup camera to help guide. The creek, although it is beautiful and a great addition, sadly I could only visit it once because the walk down is steep and slippery, and it had just rained upon our arrival. If you want to hang out by the fire and make s’mores make sure you wear a backpack to carry your things down.

Wonderful Relaxing Getaway

Great place to unwind. The hot tub was a favorite in the cold winter nights. Hiawasee, Blairsville, and Clayton are just short drives away.

Songbird Creek Cabin

This property is clean and well maintained. The decor is beautiful and the cabin is well supplied. It has a screened porch as well as a wrap a around deck and a hot tub. There is a path to walk down to the creek. It has a burn pit for a fire with benches as well as a swing

A Special Place

If you are looking for a special place to just unwind and slow down this is it. This cabin is so cute! Very nicely decorated and homey. It’s located in a nice quiet little community of cabins.

Charming and peaceful cabin

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very peaceful. The kitchen was (to me) surprisingly well appointed. Love the added pantry that guests can leave behind extra pantry staples.

Wonderful Property!

We had such a wonderful, relaxing get-away. The cabin was beautiful. The entire process was so well defined and easy to follow. The house was beautiful and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone!

Lots of room, comfortable, with a beautiful setting in the woods, easy to find.

The cabin was charming. Plenty of room, the beds were clean and comfortable. The directions were easy to follow and place was easy to find, centrally located so it was close to Helen and Ruby falls and many other sights. Only complaint was the gas tank for outside fire pit was empty, and no wood for fireplace, other than that it was very nice.

Highly recommended.

Beautiful house and beautiful views from the porches. Everything was a described and we hated having to leave. There is also a trail leading down to a creek that was a nice walk. We will rent this property again.

A little song in my heart.

~This little place was clean, cozy, welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The owners addressed my concerns, and even was gonna help me get the GA game on!! Coffee on the porch in the morning with a fire was awesome. Listening to nature, sure hear lots of birds…. I’ll say this place, and the owners left a little song in my heart. I will be back. We are two elementary school teacher in south Florida who love the north Georgia mountains. We have 5 children and we all look forward to being in the mountains. We have been renting our other cabin In Hiawassee for years and love sharing our dreams with our guests. There is everything we love to do here: wineries, hiking, boating, tubing, whitewater rafting, antiquing, BBQ, fire pits, hot tub, horseback riding, waterfalls, and so much more. You will be amazed!

This easily accessible cabin is nestled in a what feels like a 'fairy tale forest' and allows us to totally unwind and de-stress. The house sits half-way up the hillside that makes the cabin feel like a treehouse. Its amazing features include the romantic wood burning fireplace, a wood burning creek side fire pit, a gas fire pit on the over-sized deck, a bubbling new lounging style hot tub, and a private switchback style nature trail that winds down to the babbling creek. Songbird Creek Cabin is an oasis from city life. Come sit and rock on the porch while enjoying the sightings of deer grazing in the surrounding forest. Visit and you'll want to stay.

It is only 3 minutes from Hightower Creek Winery and Vineyard,. delicious wines and an amazing sangria slushy, along with over 20 other wineries. This cabin is close to both Clayton and Hiawassee where you can go hiking, antiquing, boating, dine at delicious restaurants, and visit the Georgia Fairgrounds, just to name a few. You will love this place!
