My stay was canceled by the owner 6 days prior to our booking date

We had to scramble to find other accommodations at the last minute because they changed their policy to a 2 night minimum even though I verified at the time I booked it (Nov. 2021) that 1 night was okay.

Policies unfortunately do change and we do everything in our power to provide timely notification. We apologized at the time and apologize again for the inconvenience. We did offer the option of adding a night to your stay to meet the 2 night minimum which you opted not to exercise.

Football tournament fun!

Our stay was great! The house was clean & well stocked. Perfect size for 6 of us, two couples & two teens. It was less then 10 minutes from the fields. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay again!

Quiet Neighborhood with Excellent Views

This house was laid out nicely with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The decor was well done with simple, yet elegant designs. The house was in a quiet location, but with easy access to everything Mesquite has to offer. This house definitely exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful Home!!

We came to mesquite for the car show although the property was a little further away from town than we had anticipated we were very pleasantly at the cleanliness of the home. In fact the pictures on the listing do not do justice to how nice and beautiful the home was. Needless to say we will be staying here again on our next mesquite trip !!

Excellent experience

Immaculate house! Everything was perfect. There were ample good quality linens and a nice assortment of kitchen items. The management was very flexible with our checkin as we were arriving late. Really appreciate working with a professional management company.

Nice house, poor customer service

We arrived early and thought we would touch base with the office to see if it was possible to check in early. Office guy said usually they dont allow that. After we explained we forgot about the time difference we were pretty early for our game and just needed to unload somewhere. He said house was clean and that it was maybe possible we could go in but his boss gets mad if he lets people in early. He basically sends us over and says key is under mat. We get there and no key. Then the property manager pulls up... obviously annoyed and with attitude. Proceeds to lecture us about check in time is clearly 3 pm - 5 pm. And says the office guy said my husband and I were very rude to him and basically FORCED him to let us in... TOTALLY false. Property manager was very harsh and confrontational and made US uncomfortable. After we told our side of the story... he seemed to understand that what the office guy had said was a lie. We were just inquiring to see the possiblity. Office guy, clearly threw us under the bus (the customer?!) so he wouldnt get in trouble. It tainted our first couple days and we really wanted to go stay somewhere else. And would have if it wasn't for the no refund policy. Terrible customer service. Terrible way to treat a PAYING customer. House was very nice. But there were lots of hairs in the bed linens. Was it washed?? Gross. Overall. It was a nice property but maybe the owners should look into getting a new property manager. We most definitely WON'T be renting from Premiere Property Managent in Mesquite.

I am sorry your experience was not up to your expectations. However, let me put out another perspective so that anyone who reads this understands the complete story. Our normal check in times are between 3:00 & 5:00 pm, just like other hotels/motels and any other temporary rental type of property. Why you may ask? It is because there are a lot of things going on behind the scenes to make our properties ready for our guests, to include cleaning & in house quality control. Our check out times are as late as 11:00 am, which only gives us a certain amount of time to make the property ready for the next guest. All of our guests know our standard check in times. There are times where, as the manager, I will authorize an early check in time. In this case, the guest wanted to check in before 11:00 am and was not happy with our response. Instead of trying to work with the management company, my staff was given "attitude" and treated poorly. The property manager was not the individual meeting the guests at the property (I am the property manager). When a story gets told from one side and is filled with half truths, it does not tell the whole story. While we want all of our guests to enjoy their stay, we still have rules & regulations as do all hotel/motel type properties. We "most definitely" don't want your business in the future.
