The Space:
Upon entering apartment Noordzeecocoon, you are welcomed in the bright and spacious living room. Here you will find a large sofa which can easily be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The living room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and a spacious dining table where you can have breakfast or dinner together. From the balcony you can enjoy a sideways sea view.

Right next to the living room is the kitchen, which is equipped with a toaster, a Nespresso machine, an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a combi-oven.

Noordzeecocoon has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with twin beds and ample closet space. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, perfect for families with children who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a sink, ideal for a relaxing moment after a day at the beach. In addition, the bathroom has a convenient combi washer and dryer, which is free to use during your stay.

In addition, parking is no problem at all! At Noordzeecocoon you have access to a private enclosed car parking space, so you can enjoy your vacation carefree from the moment of arrival.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
