A flat-screen TV provides entertainment, while large windows let in natural light. The private south-west facing balcony is perfect for enjoying scenic mountain views. Guests have access to an elevator for convenience, along with an outdoor parking space. Please note that pets are not allowed, maintaining a tranquil and allergy-friendly environment for all visitors.

Ideally located in the Linga area, this accommodation is just 200 meters from the nearest cable car, offering quick access to the ski slopes. A free shuttle bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the village. Dining options are within walking distance, with the nearest restaurant only 50 meters away. Local shops and markets, located 3 km away, provide fresh produce and essentials. Whether enjoying winter sports or summer hikes, the area offers a variety of activities for all seasons.
