This newly built cosy villa is ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids! The villa has one bedroom, one bathroom and 2 extra people can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. The villa also has kitchen, BBQ and private pool and is close to the beautiful endless organized beach of Ai Giannis and very close to the historical city center!

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
