Wicks Farm Cottage is set in a quiet location just a short distance from the historic town of Arundel, with lovely walks along the river and into the surrounding countryside.

Entering the house there is a lovely open kitchen/conservatory room with comfy seating where you can enjoy looking out onto the lovely garden. This room also has the dining table with plenty of seating for you to enjoy the evening meal you have whipped up in the kitchen or why not try one of the fantastic takeaways in the town.

The kitchen is well equipped to comfortably self cater for your stay including kettle, toaster, cafetiere, mocha maker, electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine for guests to use and the hosts have provided an iron and ironing board.

Through to the living room, with a lovely outlook across the fields, opposite, there is plenty of comfortable seating, a smart tv and an open fire guests are welcome to use.

There is a ground floor WC.

The first of the three bedrooms is found on the ground floor, this room has a day bed which can be made into a double if requested upon booking.

Upstairs to the first floor you will find the family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. There are two further bedrooms, one double and a twin room.

Outside there is a small garden room to the side of the property, the perfect place to lose teenagers in the evening.

The garden to the rear is a real feature of the lovely cottage with a patio area, lovely large lawn and a pond with running water.

There is off road parking to the rear of the property for two cars.

This really is a charming English cottage.

The town of Arundel is one of the most picturesque towns West Sussex famous for the Cathedral and Arundel Castle, both of which dominate the towns vista. The town itself is an exciting mix of independent pubs, restaurants, cafes and eclectic boutique shops. Situated just a short distance from Chichester and The Goodwood Estate making Wicks Farm Cottage an ideal base for Goodwood events such as Glorious Goodwood, The Festival of Speed and the world renowned Revival.

The nearby city of Chichester is home to many independent shops as well a high street stores and there are lovely walks around the Roman Walls. A little further along the coast is Portsmouth where you can enjoy outlet shopping at GunWharf Quays and a visit to The Historic Dockyard.

Arundel has a mainline train station giving easy access to London and Brighton.

Edgcumbes cafe is just a stones throw away and definitely worth a visit.
