The Space

Sleeping Arrangements
Swan Lake House accommodates up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: Master Suite: A spacious retreat with a 6ft double (King) bed, en-suite bathroom with steam facility in the shower, and serene lake views. (Plenty of space to use the portable work desk for peaceful 'home working' )
Bedroom 2: Ground Floor Double (King) Bed with adjacent bathroom: Perfect for accessibility and convenience.
Bedroom 3 + Mezzanine : Double Bedroom with (Double) bed, Mezzanine: Features a charming ship-style ladder leading to a cosy loft Mezzanine space with twin beds ideal for older children or teenagers. (Who you don't mind sharing a connected space with!)
Bedroom 4: Fitted with a (Super King) Double Bed, can be made up as a Twin on request. Furnished for comfort and relaxation with built in wardrobe space and views across to Spring Lake.
Bathrooms: The property features 3 stunning bathrooms, the ground floor bathroom benefits from a walk in shower as does the first floor en-suite with the added benefit of a steam function, while the master bathroom features a bath with shower.
