This bright and cozy 60 m² villa in Valras-Plage is the perfect choice for families or small groups, offering two bedrooms and space for up to six guests. Located just 450 meters from the sandy beach and a nearby restaurant, and only 2 km from a supermarket, it provides a peaceful and convenient base for a relaxing coastal holiday.

The villa features a private garden with outdoor furniture, a terrace, and a barbecue—ideal for enjoying meals under the sun or unwinding in the fresh sea breeze. Guests benefit from air conditioning, electric heating, and open-air parking within the building, ensuring year-round comfort and ease.

Inside, the open-plan electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all essential utensils. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a leisurely dinner, everything is at your fingertips for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

L appartement est bien situé à 10mn à pied de la plage. La résidence est assez calmeGrosses déceptions : les draps ne sont pas fournis alors que j avais pris la peine d appeler le site de location pour savoir si on devait les amener ou pas Nous avons quand même passée un bon séjour
