This charming 45 m² villa in Sérignan features 1 bedroom and comfortably hosts up to 4 guests. Located just 450 meters from the sandy beach and within 1 km of both a supermarket and a restaurant, it offers a serene coastal escape in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.

The villa boasts a private garden with outdoor furniture, a fenced plot, and a terrace—perfect for unwinding in the fresh sea breeze. Guests enjoy modern comforts including air conditioning, electric heating, a TV, and access to a communal heated swimming pool. Open-air parking is available on-site for added convenience.

Inside, the open-plan electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all essential utensils. Whether you're preparing a beachside breakfast or a cozy dinner, everything you need is right at your fingertips.
