Set in a family-friendly mountainous zone, the apartment is just 200 meters from both the ski resort and supermarket, ensuring easy access to slopes, shops, and essentials. The private balcony invites guests to soak in the fresh mountain air, while electric heating, TV, and elevator access add to the comfort.

The fully equipped electric kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, making meal prep simple and enjoyable. Open-air parking in the adjoining building offers added convenience.
