The fenced plot includes a terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and open-air parking, making it a great spot for alfresco dining and unwinding after a day of adventure.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and functionality. The living room features two single beds and a double sofa bed, along with a TV for entertainment. The separate bedroom includes a double bed, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant climate, while the washing machine adds convenience for longer stays.

The induction kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary dishes and utensils.
