This bright and cozy villa in Valras-Plage offers spacious accommodation for up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms and a 57 m² interior. Located just 450 m from the sandy beach, 1 km from a supermarket, and a nearby restaurant, it’s perfectly situated in a family-friendly area by the sea for a relaxing holiday.

The villa features a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining and leisure. Guests can enjoy amenities such as electric heating, air conditioning, a communal heated swimming pool, and open-air parking within the same building. A TV is also available to ensure comfort and entertainment during your stay.

The open-plan electric kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. This villa is a perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a comfortable seaside escape.

Und dann noch zweimal die Kaution einzubehalten...das ist unterstes Level. Wir werden bei ihnen bestimmt nie wieder buchen, da gibt es zuverläsigere Anbieter.
