Conveniently located in a family-friendly zone within a beautiful mountainous area, the apartment is just 40 meters from the "Sherpa" supermarket, making it easy to stock up on essentials. The ski resort is only 150 meters away, providing direct access to the slopes for skiing and snowboarding. With its peaceful setting and proximity to outdoor activities, this property is ideal for families looking to enjoy both adventure and relaxation.

The open-plan electric kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and kettle, along with essential kitchenware.
