This rental private Villa by the beach was built in 2024, it extends on 550 m² of beautifully landscaped property.
It is a suitable accommodation for 8 people.

Villa consists of 3 floors and every room in the Villa has air- conditioning to keep it cool.
There is an outdoor and indoor ground floor area with a HEATED swimming pool , BBQ and sitting area and the first floor with entrance from the parking.

The interior of the ground floor of this seafront Villa is an ideal place to enjoy with your family and friends in music, food, and drink.
This design is noteworthy for its large windows and dining room with high ceiling that creates an all-around spacious effect.
Extremely comfortable living room with sitting furniture and LCD TV, free WiFi.
The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances that match the exclusivity of the Villa, ideal for preparing many Dalmatian specialties.
It is fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The rental villa also has a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

On this floor there is also a laundry room and a guest toilet.

For those who love to swim and relax by the water, the Villa has a large swimming pool so you can enjoy the warmest days to the fullest.
But also in May can be lovely as the pool is heated.
On the outdoor terrace, which offers this magical view, there are sunbeds, a dining table with chairs, a barbecue BBQ , a lounge for sitting in the shade.

3rd BD has 2 single beds ( 90x200 each ) and private bathroom with a shower.

4th BD has 2 single beds ( 90x200 each ) and private bathroom with a large shower ( size 120x120 ).


On the same floor there is a Gym and a “work room” where you can devote to your work or reading.
Even our Gym has sea view balcony from which you will be able to contemplate the splendid sunrises every morning.

— We don’t allow any kind of parties in the Villa, please.

Lastly, the Villa comes with parking capacity for four cars provided for our guests.

Vila is in a short walk to the beach Žal.
Žal beach is pebbley but once in the sea there is sand under foot and its lovely for swimming.

Distance from the Villa to the first main beach Žal is only 2 minutes walking where you will find restaurants, bars, Aqua park, children playground, water sport activities….
Nearest supermarket and the green market are in old town which is around 10 minutes walking from the Villa.
