The Space:
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a spacious driveway with ample parking for several cars. So you don't have to worry about finding parking and can start relaxing right away.
The ground floor of Villa Schorpioen is spacious and offers every comfort for a worry-free vacation. The cozy living room with open dining area features large windows that provide pleasant light and a beautiful view of the garden. The sitting area has comfortable armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the sea. The spacious dining table seats 10 people.
The authentic kitchen is fully equipped with different appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso machine.
Also on the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with a comfortable double bed. One of these bedrooms has an extra space where a baby bed can be placed. The other bedroom has its own sink. Furthermore, on this floor you will find 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet for extra comfort.
From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the fully enclosed garden. This makes Villa Schorpioen an excellent choice for families with children or guests who want to bring their faithful four-legged friend. The garden offers plenty of space to relax, eat outside or enjoy a sunny afternoon.
The upper floor is accessed via a staircase in the garage. Here there are two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with three single beds. Each bedroom has its own sink and bathtub. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
Villa Schorpioen has a spacious garage, where guests can use a washing machine and dryer.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
