Accommodation information
The lounge/kitchen/dining room is open plan. The lounge area has 2 sofas and an armchair and a flat screen, smart TV. The dining area has a table and seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, one has an en suite shower room, and one with 2 single beds. The family bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

All bedding and bed linen and personal towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. A well behaved pet is welcome for a small charge. Please read our terms and conditions regarding pets.
Outside
To the front of the property is a large patio area with a table and seating for 6 and a driveway large enough for 2 vehicles. To the rear is a smaller patio area and a utility room with a washing machine. Perranporth village centre and beach is only a few minutes walk away where you will find a large choice or pubs, bars, restaurants, take aways, shops and surf hire.

Trenare, Parkside and Penaflor are all close to one another and might be suitable to book together for larger family groups.

Location
Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car. Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
