Wonderful dream house where you can enjoy your holiday in quiet Lökenäs on Öland. The nice shallow sandy beach Prästviksbadet with a jetty is only a 400m walk from the house. You have a large, lush park-like garden where there is a raised patio with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the view of the garden. The house has a beautiful glass-enclosed room where you can enjoy the lovely atmosphere and nice view. Here you can open up to the nice patio. The kitchen is open with large living areas where there is a large dining table in front of the beautiful tiled stove. The living room is upstairs with access to the nice balcony with outdoor furniture. In the living room there are luxurious comfortable sofas where you can lean back in front of the TV or the beautiful stove. Bring your own firewood if you want a fire in the stove or tiled stove. You sleep in four nice bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Also upstairs there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and in some of the rooms also a desk. Bathrooms are on both floors. One with a sauna and relaxation area. There is a cot and high chair. The house is not rented to youth groups or for parties. Not allowed to charge electric cars. Saxnäs camping is nearby if you want a larger swimming area where there is also a restaurant and a small grocery store in the summer. It is also close to Färjestaden where there is a large selection of restaurants and shopping.
