Located just steps from the Mediterranean, this bright and inviting studio in Le Grau-du-Roi offers a charming retreat for up to 4 guests. Situated on the 3rd floor of a residence on Avenue du Palais de la Mer, the 20 m² space is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and light. Perfect for couples or small families, the studio is just 350 meters from the sandy beach, 300 meters from a supermarket, and 600 meters from local restaurants—making it an ideal base for a relaxing seaside holiday.

Inside, the studio features a cozy living area with a TV, electric heating, and a washing machine for added convenience. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. A hair dryer is also provided, and the space is filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay.

Set in a family-friendly zone next to the sea, the location offers easy access to beachside activities, local shops, and the vibrant town center. Whether you're enjoying a morning stroll along the coast, dining at nearby restaurants, or simply relaxing in your cozy studio, this accommodation provides everything needed for a memorable escape in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon.

気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Malheureusement , bien trop d intermédiaires pour être au top ! Impossible de récupérer les clés de notre location. Nous sommes restés 4h à les joindre avec 3 numéros différents et tjr la même messagerie en boucle, sans réponse.Nous avons dû retrouver la propriétaire grâce au syndic et l'aide des voisins, et avons dû nous déplacer à 30 km chez elle pour récupérer les clés, car aucun appel de l'agence Vacanceole, qui devait nous rappeler depuis plus de 3h. Enfin , à notre arrivée sur place, un logement sale, des meubles, décorations cassés, la vaisselle sale, une table remplie de pâte à modeler collante cachée sous une nappe salie également. Une tv qui ne fonctionnait pas car la télécommande était cassée .. bref, nous n'y sommes restés que 2 jours et ce fut bien trop. Mais qui vérifie la propreté ?Après voir rendu cet appartement très propre, nous sommes allés rendre les clés à sa propriétaire. Une dame bien sympathique, qui a mis son logement dans les mains d'une agence pas consciencieuse, négligente envers les locataires, qui ne s'inquiète même pas de nous et qui ne contrôle même pas ce qui a été convenue avec l'agence Bellevilla.. Nous devions arriver à 15h, Vacanceole dit non, C était 17/18h. Bien trop d'intermédiaires pour une seule location. Abritel (là où nous avions réservé), Bellevilla, puis Vacanceole. Et nous, derrière tout ceci, aucune information ne nous a été donné.. Nous ne savions même pas où récupérer les clés. Séjour gâché ! Et pauvre propriétaire !

Bonjour Nous avons eu beaucoup de problèmes et le premier c'est au sujet de l'heure d'arrivée. Au téléphone , 2 fois on m'a certifié qu'il y aurait quelqu'un pour nous acceuillir même si nous arrivions tard ( 23h -21h ). Nous sommes arrivés à 20h30. Portail de Vacancéole fermé. Grace à des voitures qui passaient le portail nous avons pu entrer pour aller à l'acceuil. FERME . Des résidents sur leur terrasse nous ont confirmé que tout était fermé à partir de 19h . Nous avons appelé tous les numéros disponibles sur nos documents. Pas de réponses . Nous avons rencontré des gendarmes qui nous ont conseiilé de passer la nuit à Lunel où se trouve un hotel Ibis. Ce que nous avons fait après avoir encore 'essayé de trouver à nous loger au camping de l'Espiguette . Tout était complet mais la gentillesse et le proffessionaliste de l'accueil a été remarquable. Grand merci aux vigiles et au gardien qui nous ont bien remonté le moral. Nous avons donc dormi à l'hotel Ibis. Le lendemain l'hotesse de Vacancéole nous a promis le remboursement de l'hotel soit 140€. Nous attendons toujours. Comme nous habitons près de Montmélian nous sommes allée sur place pour réclamer mais il semble que Vaczancéole et Belvilla se renvoie la balle pour faire trainer les choses. Voila pour le voyage. Et maintenant parlons de l'appartement qui était dans un état déplorable . Nous avons laissé des photos chez Vacancéole. - Coussins complètement tachés . -Nappe sale.- Literie innonmable , matelat taché comme si une armée de gamins avait fait pipi au lit.- casseroles et poêles sales et avec revêtement téflon complètement usé - égoutoir graisseux - caca dans les toilettes - ménage pas fait du tout - etc Nous sommes retournés à Vacancéole qui nous a donné une casserole et une poêle neuves Un monsieur est venu à l'appartement pour cacher le matelat du canapé dans une housse spéciale. ça nous a permis d'y dormir. Merci. Et maintenant nous attendons le remboursement de l'hotel Ibis. Les bureaux de Vacancéole à Montmélian nous ont dit d'envoyer la demande à Belvilla. Ce qui a été fait .

Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude nous avons essayé d'appeler les services et eu des réponses que par textos! Le matelas était monstrueusement sale il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude je demande le remboursement car nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher mi-manger
