Charming holiday home with indoor swimming pool and garden ideal for families

We would like to welcome you to our holiday home Maelderie 29, located in a quiet side road in the village of Vivenkapelle, a sub-municipality of Damme, just a few kilometres from the heart of Bruges and Knokke.
The charming house located very residentially - with its own parking facilities (6-8 cars) - is suitable for families up to 16 people.

In addition to cosy indoor spaces, the house also has a large indoor swimming pool with an adjoining seating area that only makes your stay even more enjoyable. The sun-drenched terraces with a view of the spacious garden with playground are also a pleasant place to stay.

With various walking paths and cycle routes nearby, Maelderie 29 is also an ideal base for exploring the region! In no time at all, you can be in the heart of Damme or on your way to cycle to Bruges via the Damse Vaart. Knokke is also only 20 minutes away.

Holiday home Maelderie 29 is a licensed holiday home.

There are 3 possible periods of stay;
- Weekend: Friday - Monday: 3 nights
- Mid-week: Monday - Friday: 4 nights
- Week: Friday - Friday: 7 nights

In the summer months of July and August and during the school holidays, the house is only rented PER WEEK.

3 rates:
- rate 1 = basic rate: valid for all periods except those below
- rate 2 = valid from Easter holidays to the end of June and in September
- rate 3 = valid in July and August and during the Christmas holidays

Check-in from 15h30 - Check-out by 10h00

The proposed price includes:
- Use of the house and swimming pool
- Bed linen and bath and kitchen towels (no personal hygiene products)
- Starter pack (toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, etc.)
- Consumption of gas, electricity and water
- WIFI
- Final cleaning after departure
