Apartment-Comfort-Private Bathroom

Our guesthouse is located in downtown Meissen - the cradle of Saxony - directly on the Triebisch, a tributary of the Elbe. Both shops and the city center with its numerous sights can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Our rooms are modernly furnished and offer you enough space to relax. Each room has a large flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub, as well as a hairdryer and various care products.

At our daily breakfast buffet you will strengthen yourself for the day and can then explore our beautiful old town. In the vicinity are the state porcelain manufactory (500 m), the Albrechtsburg with the cathedral to Meißen (1000 m) or the Frauenkirche Meißen (500 m). For a small city trip to Dresden, the next stop of the S-Bahn is behind the Neumarkt-Arkaden or you can drive in about 30 minutes by car on federal highway 6 to Dresden and enjoy the view of the Elbe valley. In addition, the numerous wineries and taverns offer a worthwhile destination for one or two hikes through our breathtaking Elbe Valley. Cyclists also choose Meissen again and again as a destination for a relaxed stroll through the old town or as a stopover on a long bike tour. A separate and lockable bike room is therefore available for our guests.

Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise spürt man die Freude und persönliche Hingabe der Eigentümer, Familie Burkhard. Tolles Apartment, sehr leckeres Frühstück und ein spät Check in um Mitternacht ist auch kein Problem.

Wir waren überrascht, wie toll unser gemietetes Appartement eingerichtet war. Die Möbel und Deko-Objekte wurden mit viel Liebe ausgesucht. Alles staubfrei und sauber. Es war eine voll eingerichtete Küche des oberen Standards, so wie eine Dachterrasse, auf der man rauchen kann, vorhanden. Frühstück war top, es fehlte an nichts. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem würde ich die Pension absolut jedem empfehlen. Stadt nah! Es waren bis ins Zentrum gerade mal 200 Meter!

Our pension has been around for 25 years - in 1995 we started with six double and single rooms each on Neugasse in Meißen. In 2002 and 2013 we had to cope with two extreme floods, which cost us a lot of strength and nerves, but still enabled us to emerge from these experiences strengthened and highly motivated. In the years that followed, several rooms, apartments and deluxe double rooms were added, all of which we extensively renovated, modernized and furnished with stylish furnishings by 2018. Just this year (2020) we expanded our breakfast room and converted the former adjoining fashion store into a cozy bar. So in the future you can end the evening with an excellent glass of Meissen wine or a refreshing beer with us. We could now list numerous reviews of our previous guests, we'd rather invite you to convince yourself of our great rooms, of our fantastic team and of our beautiful Meißen.
