Just 2 km from the beach and 1 km from the town centre, this villa allows easy access to the beautiful Lake Preveli and Souda Beach, making it great for day trips and seaside adventures. Restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport are all within 1 km, so convenience is guaranteed during your stay.

Inside, the home features air conditioning, a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. There's also a barbecue, private terrace, garden, and parking space.
