This 3-bedroom villa can accommodate 6 people. Located near the edge of dunes in Cadzand and the beach, it is charmingly decorated with various beach elements and has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and private garden and terrace and free WiFi to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

You can go on cycling and hiking trips from the villa and visit the gorgeous nature reserve of Het Zwin on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium. Dining in a marina in Cadzand with a restaurant from a Michelin-star chef is highly recommended and so is the fashionable spa town of Knokke and the cultural city of Bruges for a nice day out. Restaurants lie close by at 500 m while general supplies can be availed at only 1000 m away from the villa.

You can soak in the sun on the terrace and drink a warm cup of tea in the garden with your family and friends. Parking is available on the premises.

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway, any more cars should be parked elsewhere.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 2 Minuten am Strand. Der erste Eindruck vom Haus war auch schön. Unsere Erwartungen waren aber aufgrund der Beschreibung hoch. Von der Unterkunft selbst, kann man nicht von luxuriös sprechen. Das Sofa war verschmutzt. Der Toiletten Deckel locker. Bei den Sofastühlen waren die Stuhlbeine locker sodass man sich nicht drauf setzen wollte. Die Deckenleuchte in einem Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht und auch die Kaffeemaschine hatte einen Fehler und funktionierte nur bedingt. Trotz Kontakt Aufnahme mit den Vermietern wurden die Fehler nicht behoben.

Wir haben die "Luxuriöse Villa in Cadzand in Strandnähe" aufgrund der Lage und der angepriesenen Ausstattung gebucht. Da wir schon seit Jahren in den Herbstferien nach Cadzand Bad fahren, haben wir bereits die eine oder andere Wohnung/Haus ausprobiert. Bei diesem Objekt ist die Lage aus unserer Sicht super. Nur ein Katzensprung vom traumhaften Strand entfernt und dennoch während der Herbstferien recht ruhig. Die Villa selbst ist leider nicht mehr so "neu" wie in der Beschreibung des Objekts angegeben. Dies ist an diversen Stellen beim Betreten des Hauses deutlich sichtbar. Die weiße Treppe und das Geländer sind mittlerweile stark abgenutzt. An den Wänden sind einige Macken, die Fußleisten im Bad und die Fugen am Waschbecken in der Toilette sollten mal erneuert werden. Die Heizung im Badezimmer hat deutliche Rostspuren, das Sofa ist angeschmutzt und die Gartenmöbel sind nicht mehr so ansehnlich. Die Ausstattung ist aus unserer Sicht okay, aber in einer "luxuriösen Villa" sollten Föhn, Reibe oder z.B. Salatbesteck zum Standard dazu gehören. Was die Toiletten angeht haben wir im unteren WC einen Haken für ein Handtuch und im oberen WC ein Waschbecken vermisst. Es ist ungünstig, wenn eine Person duscht und eine weitere auf die Toilette oben gehen möchte, anschließend aber nicht die Hände waschen kann, da kein Waschbecken in der Toilette ist. Leider lief die Erstattung der Kaution auch nicht einwandfrei ab. Uns wurden wesentlich höhere Kosten berechnet als in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführt. Dies haben wir reklamiert und warten auf Antwort…

Wir haben dieses Haus schon einmal gemietet und sind dieses Mal gerne wiedergekommen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, in der Nähe des Strandes, aber auch als perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Einkaufsbummel in Knokke, Vogelbeobachtung im Zwin, einen Aperitif in einem der Strandpavillons oder kulinarische Köstlichkeiten in den Spitzenrestaurants von Cadzand. Sie können Rad fahren oder durch die Dünen wandern und der Par-3-Golfplatz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet, mit allen Küchenutensilien, geräumigen Betten und einem Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Sie können bequem vor der Tür parken und die Kinder können im Garten oder auf der autofreien Straße spielen. Es war für uns das 2., aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hierher zurückgekehrt sind. Oben!

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch! Überqueren Sie die Straße und die Düne und Sie sind am Strand! Mehrere schöne und nette Strandbars in der Umgebung. Supermarkt und Restaurants von Cadzand Bad zu Fuß erreichbar. Haus ist schön groß zum verweilen und bietet viel Platz. Müll trennen, nur gibt es nur 1 Mülleimer (mit 1 Fach). Hier sollte der Schönheit halber ein Mülleimer mit 2 oder mehr Fächern stehen. Genau wie die Schneidebretter, die schon bessere Tage gesehen haben. Das Fehlen eines Brotschneidebretts ist ein Verlust. Weiterhin war die Ausstattung in Ordnung und ein Abstellraum mit Platz für Fahrräder. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail mit dem Eigentümer könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war gut und freundlich. Einige kleine Aufmerksamkeitspunkte, aber wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!
