This spacious holiday apartment is located directly next to apartment A, property number 9796. It is an ideal option for larger groups, as renting both apartments allows accommodation for up to eight guests. The apartment was fully renovated for the 2022 season and features tasteful furnishings and comfortable beds. There is one bathroom with a shower. The apartment offers views of the pedestrian zone and the parking area. Shops, restaurants, and local amenities are within easy walking distance, making it convenient for daily needs. Guests can enjoy a variety of nearby activities. Excursions by post boat from the harbor provide a unique experience on the water. Local attractions include Dodekalitten, the Knuthenborg Safari Park, and Hestehoved, which offers beautiful swimming areas. The location is ideal for families or groups who want to combine relaxation, sightseeing, and outdoor activities. Please note that there may occasionally be noise from loud music at the bodega located in the same building. The apartment provides a comfortable base for exploring the area, enjoying local culture, and experiencing memorable holidays with family or friends. No rentals to youth groups are allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
