There are air-to-air heat pumps, which ensure minimal heating costs in the pool area. The underfloor heating in the pool room and bathroom is heated with water from an electric water heater. The focal point of the holiday home is the large kitchen/family room, where the kitchen and living room are combined in one large, bright room. There is plenty of space for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and the long dining table is perfect for dinner with the whole family. The room also has a cozy sofa group where you can relax and enjoy a movie, a game, or something else. The living room has a wood-burning stove for cold weather and a TV, DVD player, and Chromecast. The house can accommodate seven people in three bedrooms with comfortable beds, closet space, and TVs. There are also two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The terrace around the house is absolutely fantastic, allowing you to enjoy your vacation outdoors. There are two terraces, so you can move around to follow the sun throughout the day. The many secluded nooks are perfect for everything from sunbathing and relaxing to barbecuing on a warm summer evening. The large terraces invite you to enjoy both the morning and evening sun, the tranquility, and nature in beautiful surroundings.The house is located on a large plot with trees, where there are swings and a sandbox, so there are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, play, and togetherness. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
