This lovely holiday home by Bork Harbour is well maintained and really well utilised. The holiday home is set back a little from the main road, and you have a lovely secluded terrace with good sun and shelter options. Direct access from the living room to the terrace. If you have children with you, they will definitely want to go up to the loft. The house is heated by a wood-burning stove, air-to-air heat pump and electric heating. The playground is just around the corner and there is a path to the dinghy harbour. The house is located in Bork Hytteby, where there is a small dinghy harbour and communal playgrounds. The area is characterised by beautiful wooden houses located in small, cosy clusters. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
