Welcome to the west coast where the sea is a stone's throw from your accommodation along with many nice excursion destinations. The property is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of beautiful Bohuslän. Here is this modern atterfallshus built in 2022, close to everything you may need for a nice holiday. Only 10 minutes by car you are by the sea and you are walking distance to Uddevalla center, which offers coffee, restaurants and shopping. This cozy accommodation is perfect for a couple or for the small family who wants to be close to salty baths and Bohuslän's beautiful cliffs and even city hangouts. Everything is cleverly planned and you enter a small hall. On the left is a double bed 140 cm wide and screened-off sleeping alcove with cozy lighting. The TV is set up on the wall so you can choose whether you want to lie in bed or sit on the comfortable sofa and watch. The sofa is great comfortable for lazy days that becomes bedable easily via a good and comfortable mattress that is behind the sofa. There is a small table for breakfast with two seats and high chair can be arranged if necessary. The stove is induction cooker, oven and coffee maker. Microwave, coffee maker stands cleverly placed in the nice dark cabinet. The bathroom is bright gray and fresh with sink and wc. Behind the house there is a terrace with sun position where barbecue and outdoor furniture are available as well as sun loungers. The house shares a plot with the homeowner who is welcomed and helpful. The promenade in Uddevalla can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Here there is a child-friendly beach, mini golf, incredible long and nice promenade to Gustafsberg. Gustafsberg is beautiful with the historic cold bath house and the café Snäckan. If you want more big city, it is easy to get to Uddevalla center, Torp shopping center or to beautiful Gothenburg with Liseberg and everything the west coast has to offer. Welcome!
