The house consists of a lovely and spacious kitchen, combined dining and living room with wood-burning stove and heat pump, which helps to keep energy costs down when the cold weather arrives, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. From the house there is direct access to an undisturbed garden, where you can enjoy the sun on beautiful summer evenings and gather family or friends around the barbecue. The house is very suitable for anyone who wants peace, idyll and nature at their closest, but who still wants to be close to various activities. Water consumption is included in the price. The house is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
