6 person holiday home in Græsted-By Traum

In beautiful North Zealand, at Udsholt Strand, you will find this holiday home with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump and a well-equipped kitchen that includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are four bedrooms in the house - two with double beds, one with a single bed and one with both a single bed and a cot, perfect for families. The living room offers a TV and a cozy wood-burning stove that adds warmth and atmosphere to cozy evenings. 2 bathrooms, 1 equipped with shower and toilet, the other with washing machine and toilet. There is also an annex with a double bed and a bathroom (open between 1 April and mid-October). Outside you can enjoy the lovely garden with garden furniture, playground equipment, gas grill, charcoal grill, terrace, covered terrace, swing, slide, football goal, trampoline (at your own risk) and a fire pit. The cottage is close to Udsholt Beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful beach and go for walks along the coast. Not rented out to youth and craftsman groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
