This is a private village with a private road, so it is easy to park near the house. Two beaches are within walking distance, camping "La Liccia" with its services, breathtaking walks along the coast, but also walks inside towards pine forests and hills with unique views. By car: 6 Km from Santa Teresa di Gallura with numerous supermarkets, numerous beaches and places to see a few kilometers away. With calm sea, by canoe, you can reach unforgettable coves.

Villa inhabited for many years as a residence so equipped of everything, all the rooms are finished and spacious: large and fully furnished kitchen, 2 large and bright bedrooms with view of the sea and maritime decor. 1 room with double bed, 1 room with single beds and 1 sofa bed (+ 1 single bed and 1 cot can be added in case of need). Large balcony and terrace, which can be used for eating outside. The garden surrounding the villa is useful for privacy and for adventurous children. Parking available in front of the house.
