Amazing

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. About a 5-7 min walk to Bourbon Street, and it’s located right next to Canal Street. Hope to return next year! Highly recommend.

great place to stay in New Orleans, close to everything

I was very pleased with this condo. The only criticism I have is the cable TV situation. Only a few channels came in clearly. The tv comes with Netflix and local channels, but the internet was really choppy so only a couple of tv channels were available. Not a huge deal because me and my friends didn't spend too much time in front of the tv. Other than that, no complaints. close to everything. I will try to stay here again if I visit again. Will visit again when NO lifts their communist-like vaccine/ negative test within 3 days requirements to visit certain places,

Just okay- Could be so much better

Wife and I wanted to see New Orleans for the first time. The location here is good for walking the touristy areas of the city which is what we wanted. Finding the unit was a little complicated but we managed. Checkin was very easy. The unit is kinda cool with brick walls on the inside and open areas. They just cheated out with the furnishings. The couch was so uncomfortable to sit on we considered sitting on the floor. Very few kitchen furnishings. No dining table. The bed was cheap and hard. For not much more than I paid for my rental they could furnish the unit with nice comfortable furniture. Add in the location is right next to the Waste Management we got a 6am wakeup every morning when they would load up their dumpsters and you get the beep beep beep. This could be so much better with better furnishings.

The property was conveniently located, clean, and had everything I needed for my time in New Orleans. Secure building and great communication from Hosteeva.

Hosteeva falls short.

We left after one night, we would not stay there again. The check in process was quite involved as we had to scan and send driver's license picture, etc. Once we got to the property we understood why, as there were quite a few homeless people around the neighborhood and entrance to the property. The mattress and pillows have seen better days, very hard. Same thing with the couch. Dishwasher did not work. No towels or wash clothes in the kitchen. There is no parking which was relayed to us ahead of time. The closest parking was a block away and very expensive. Hardwood floor was pretty sticky - looked good but not really clean.

Great Location

Great location - horrible to bring pets (no close and very limited areas for pet relief). The sofa and bed were horribly uncomfortable .. but overall, was a nice stay for the short time we were there.

Great space

This place is located right off Canal. We were upgraded to the top floor for free because of a maintenance issue. The only thing is, there’s a skylight in the bedroom, so if you don’t want the sun in your face at 6 am, the top floor may not be for you.

I've never in my life seen a sofa so damaged I couldn't sit on it, until now. It wouldn't have been such a big deal, but it was the only place to sit in the living room besides the dining area which features three wooden short bar stools.

Prime location

I loved the location bc it was within walking distance to EVERYTHING.. It is across the street from a loading dock and all night you can hear the beeps of the trucks, but I just closed the door the second night and used a white noise machine and didn't hear it anymore. Check in and check out was a breeze!

1. Shower not clean enough 2. Hallway Smelled like smoke and witnessed other guests hanging out the window and smoking weed. 3. Washing machine broken 4. Not enough wash cloths 5. Entrance to actual room, difficult to enter 6. No parking at apartment

This place was perfect!

It felt very safe & within walking distance to everything. Hurricane Ida made us have to leave early so that was a bummer, but all in all it was the perfect spot!
