No driving needed!

We were able to walk every where we wanted to go. If we thought something was to far away, the trolley was there to take us. Very convenient location 👌

Good for the price.

It was a good stay! Price was pretty good! Had a mixup with the host but they fixed the situation. I would stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

Wow! Our code got us into the wrong room

The place was large and cute. Great location, right in the middle of town. Bed was comfortable Our code got us into the wrong apartment! Thank fully they weee not there. Also the shower curtain was about 20% covered in pink/rusty type mold.

Noisy no sound dampening at all

Checking in was simple, the location fantastic. Across the street from a hotel loading dock. Constant noise from staff and trucks at all hours of the night. If the room had any soft surfaces to to dampen the noise it would have been a more enjoyable. Curtains, baffles, rugs or soft upholstery might have helped. Watch out, price is low, but add one third to price to the stay total for local taxes.

Different room next time

Room interior was fine. TV and internet was down for the length of our stay. Bathtub water handle was not attached. Had to push it back on and it kept falling off.

location, location, location

This property is in a great location. Close to the quarter without being in the quarter. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants not in the quarter. My complaints would be that there was a flat sheet on the mattress rather than fitted, which drove us crazy as it was constantly bunching up. I asked for a fitted sheet and they said they'd see what they could do I never heard back. This alone would keep me from staying here again. It is also very loud. There is the usual street noise which is to be expected. The walls are paper thin and you can hear all noises, walking, music etc from adjacent units. While I do not expect sound to be listed in the online listing...be aware. The location made up for the less than positive aspects.

Good Area and Overall Great Experience

Right across from a delicious brunch, the rooftop is nice and the rooms are spacious and designed well. No complaints at all!

Good location, but everything else just okay

This place has the bare minimum necessities, nothing else to make it feel comfortable/homey. We stayed 2 weeks and were working from home Mon-Fri. Cons: • Right next to a noisy loading dock w/ trucks backing up, beeping, unloading constantly – not great for having meetings or just being undisturbed in general • Huge window that you cannot get the blinds to close so you are stuck looking at the loading dock • Can hear creaky floors from upstairs neighbors • Couch is very uncomfortable • Smokey smell in hallways • I made something in the oven, realized there was no oven mitt to take it out. • Barely enough plates & cups. • The hardwood floors didn’t feel clean – my feet felt gross and gritty walking around barefoot • Bed is not comfortable • Bedroom door is SUPER creaky and the top hinge is not secured to the wall so you have to physically pull the door toward hinges so it shuts PROs: • Great central location, a block from Canal St & super close to French Quarter, and a bunch of good restaurants within the CBD • Price we paid was better than lots of other places for same time frame, but now I know why TLDR: Decent place if you don’t intend to be here during the day much, just sleep/shower, otherwise I’d look elsewhere for an extended stay. We’ll be back in NOLA for a month and went with another option, there was no way I would rebook this place.
