Villa Artec is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house located in the picturesque Duga Uvala (Marčana municipality), just 22 km from Pula.

Ideal for 6 guests, Villa Artec is just a 10-minute walk from nearby beaches.

In the courtyard of the house you will find a private swimming pool and an open terrace for relaxing.

A wood/charcoal barbecue, WiFi and two parking spaces will provide additional comfort.

The villa consists of one bedroom on the ground floor, while two bedrooms on the 1st floor have access to a shared balcony.

The upper floor offers a beautiful view of the sea.

Designed with modern comfort in mind, each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning and a TV connected to Netflix/SAT-TV.

The living room is also equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature. The small kitchen has all the necessary appliances for family stays of 10 or more nights.

In the surrounding area you can explore attractions such as the ancient Roman amphitheater in Pula (22 km), Brijuni National Park (28 km) and the charming town of Rovinj (40 km). Villa Artec can be your base for discovering the beauty and culture of Istria.
