I live just a few minutes away from the property so am generally always available to assist where necessary, answer any questions or recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Suite. We kindly request that you use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. If smoke detected inside the property penalty of 200 euros will be applied.

Noise and Respect: Please be considerate of the peaceful environment and the neighboring properties. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for all neighbors.

Maximum Occupancy: The villa has a maximum occupancy limit 4 person, which must be strictly adhered to. Exceeding the stated number of guests without prior arrangement is not permitted.

Pets Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the suite to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Security and Valuables: While every effort has been made to provide a secure environment, please ensure that you lock all doors and windows when leaving the suite.

Respect for Property: We kindly request that you treat the suite and its amenities with care and respect. Any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the registered guests. Please report any damages or breakages immediately to allow for assessment and necessary repairs or replacements.

Housekeeping: The suite will be cleaned and prepared before your arrival. For longer stays over 15 nights, periodic housekeeping services will be provided upon request.
