Amazing place. Adrian was very helpful. parking garage in 5 min walk. easy access to public transport. easy to get into Rome . property was awesome. comfortable and beautiful.

It has enough space for a family of 5, and it's in a non-tourist neighbourhood, which is nice if you want to experience regular Italian life and food. If you're learning Italian, it's great to go into shops where many staff don't speak English. The metro and tram connections make it easy to get to the big attractions, like the Colosseum and Vatican. I liked having a guitar to practice, but one of the strings was missing!

Super clean and amazing stay. Very convenient area. Hosts were amazing both the one I spoke to and the one who came to show us the apt. Super kind and organized. The place was so beautiful. My family loved it. My son is a percussionist and the host encouraged him to play a song. This was so heartwarming. It showed the spirit of kind Italians. He gave us helpful information as well. I would recommend everyone to stay there.

Voici une version condensée (1 200 caractères) :⸻Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement à six personnes.Plus de transparence serait souhaitable concernant le prix : le montant affiché lors de la réservation ne correspondait pas au total payé. La description comporte aussi une inexactitude : une salle de bain mentionnée n’est pas présente.Pour six personnes, l’équipement est limité : vaisselle en quantité juste, nombre de chaises insuffisant, petite cafetière italienne, peu de rangements et absence d’éléments basiques comme des torchons.L’appartement nécessite un rafraîchissement : fenêtre de la cuisine à revoir, absence d’eau chaude et faible pression à l’évier, canapé taché, murs à nettoyer et salle de bain perfectible.Points positifs : logement spacieux, grandes chambres lumineuses, literie confortable et climatisation efficace. Transports très proches (bus, tram, métro à 10 minutes à pied), accès facile au centre-ville. Immeuble propre, calme malgré des travaux, avec ascenseur. Quartier populaire et vivant, avec commerces et restaurants. Le propriétaire fournit de nombreuses informations générales, mais répond peu aux demandes liées au logement.Un appartement bien situé, mais qui mérite des améliorations pour correspondre pleinement à l’annonce.
