We are located in via Mameli, a side street of via del Castelluccio, just 400 meters from the sea. The Zona del Paese Nuovo is the right compromise between tranquility and proximity to services and the sea. Here there is no difficulty in parking, we find various shops for basic necessities and the sea can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The nearest shopping center is Conad City which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
In via Mameli n.27, in the new town area, in a quiet setting, inside a villa where the owners also live, we rent an apartment on the ground floor consisting of kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom, as well as a small outdoor courtyard (not fenced) equipped with table and chairs.

EQUIPMENT: hob, fridge with freezer, TV, washing machine, ceiling fan in the double bedroom and pedestal fan in the kitchen, outdoor barbecue.

BEDS: There are 3 beds consisting of a double bed and a single bed.
