We are located in via Manzoni, a side street that connects via del castelluccio to via Piave, just 450 meters from the sea. The Zona del Paese Nuovo is the right compromise between tranquility and proximity to services and the sea. Here there are no parking problems, we find various shops for basic necessities and the sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The nearest shopping center is Conad City which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
In via Manzoni n.14, on the ground floor of a two-family house, we rent an apartment consisting of a kitchen with direct access to the garden, living room with TV, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with window.

Private garden equipped with table and chairs and a very useful outdoor shower.

EQUIPMENT: hob, fridge with freezer, oven, small dishwasher, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, WIFI.

BEDS: There are 5 beds consisting of a double bed, two single beds and a single camp bed.
