This luxury and stunning ground floor two bedroom apartment is located in the brand new complex known as One80 Suites, on the outskirts of Estepona. This spacious apartment is presented in a contemporary style and tastefully decorated with its high-standard, quality furnishings and top-end fittings throughout. This property offers a large terrace with a private garden area (with AstroTurf) with sea, communal swimming pool and mountains views. The large terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining area for six guests, electric barbecue and four sun loungers. The apartment has two bedrooms; a master bedroom with a super king size bed (180x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, WC and hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190cm) and make use of the family bathroom with shower, WC and hand-basin. The modern and open kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances with a kitchen bar with two stools. The bright and modern lounge area has comfortable seating for up to four guests and a dining area also for four. A high speed fibre optic internet connection along with international TV including Sky is also available. The communal swimming pool is located a few steps away from the private terrace, as well as a communal gym. The property provides private parking for one car in the underground residential garage right next to the apartment. This is the perfect option for those looking for a relaxing holiday close to the sea, restaurants and town.

A beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you need for a self catering trip. The kitchen is well equipped with all the gadgets you could possible require. Perfect setting with a large private garden, lovely dining area, sun loungers and electric BBQ and all this only a few steps from the pool which we often had to ourselves. The shared gym was well equipped and lovely and clean. A great location in the hills overlooking the Azura Golf course. Just a two minutes drive away from the supermarkets and 10mins to the centre of Estepona. Would definitely recommend and would book again.
