The bright and spacious open-plan living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, along with a large sofa, armchair, and smart TV. High-speed broadband is available throughout. The double bedroom is generously sized, offering plenty of storage, full-length windows, and a plush double bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. Guests can also access the on-site gym (induction required). There's a modern family bathroom with a shower-over-bath, and complimentary toiletries and fresh towels are provided at the start of your stay. There is a sofa bed for 1 guest in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). Guests can also make use of the co-working space on site.

The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre and Birmingham New Street train station both just a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10 minute walk.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
