Welcome to my cosy flat in Alassio, with private parking in the garage. Modern and bright, it offers a double bedroom with an additional single bed (if needed), living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washer-dryer and terrace with a small table and a sun lounger. close to Alassio station, with soundproof windows. Only a 5-minute walk from the beach, the Alassio wall and the town centre.
The flat has:
Suite: spacious with a comfortable double bed and the possibility of adding a single bed for extra guests, plus it offers a large wardrobe to store your belongings.
Living Area: with Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, an extendable table, smart TV with Netflix access for your digital entertainment and a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests, making the flat suitable for up to 5 people.
Bathroom Area: equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet and a convenient washer-dryer, ideal for your laundry needs.
Outdoor Area: there is also a large balcony, with a small table and a rocking chair for relaxing and sunbathing.
Private Parking Space: To top it off, the flat is one of the few in the whole of Alassio that has a private parking space with garage, ensuring a convenient parking space throughout your stay.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.
The booking price quoted prior to confirmation includes, depending on the nature of the individual stay, a charge for accommodation and a charge for ancillary services related to the booking and stay, such as cleaning, administration, support, platform/brokerage fees and related services.
The breakdown between accommodation and ancillary services may vary for each stay and will be specified in the tax/accounting documentation provided.
Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
Security deposit for any damage
To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.
The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.
If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
