Warm Sands Apartment

The Warm Sands designer apartment is located on the third floor of a modern building with an elevator.

The apartment is equipped with fiber optic internet connection and has air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. The bedrooms also have a ceiling fan.

Upon entering the apartment, guests will find a spacious living room with wooden floors and modern furniture.

From the balcony of the living room, guests will enjoy views of a small square.

The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher.

Next to the kitchen there is a small laundry room with a washing machine.

The Warm Sands apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Both bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds and wardrobes.

A modern bathroom separates the two bedrooms. It is fully equipped with a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.

Guests staying at the Warm Sands apartment can relax on the beach, practice all kinds of active sports or go on a sightseeing tour of the city of Barcelona.

It is a 5-minute walk from Barcelona train station.

In addition, guests will find one of the best and most exclusive restaurants in Sitges next to the building.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
