Girls Weekend

This is the 3rd time we have rented this property. The house is in a great location for visiting wineries and quick trips to the lake. Amila is very accommodating and responded quickly to my questions.

Exactly what we needed

The propery was gorgeous, the host was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. We had a ton of space to cook, eat, play games, and explore outside. There were enough beds, towels, blankets, and pillows for our crew of 6. Kitchen had the Bayside we needed

Great house!

Our stay there was wonderful! Great location, about 30 minutes to Erie Pa, 1 1/2 hours to Niagara Falls, and minutes away to some great wineries. The house was very spacious and clean. Nice big deck on the back and great covered front porch to sit out with the rain. Highly recommended this house. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful property…

We were incredibly impressed when we arrived and took in the views of the vineyards and cherry trees alongside the property. Very clean and had everything we needed, even the AC was running so we arrived to a nice, cool home during a heat wave! One thing worth mentioning is there are very frequent trains running roughly a football fields distance behind the property. With a crossing nearby, they blow the horn every time, at all times of day (through the night). This is not something the owner can control, but I thought it would be helpful information if you have someone in your party with noise sensitivity, or are a light sleeper as is. Otherwise, we loved the big driveway, outside sitting area, multiple bathrooms, and family rooms to hang out. Great for a family or group.

Great location

This house was in a great location! Close to town, but still peaceful. Trains run by frequently, but we enjoyed them. Some of the plumbing seemed leaky and there was a hole in one of the sinks, but otherwise we had a great stay. Appreciate a place that allows multiple dogs!

Family getaway

Great stay for a mid-winter getaway with family. I recommend this great property. My grandchildren loved the trains. Very responsive owner when we had a little issue. Thanks for a great weekend to build memories.

A perfect wine country stay

Beautifully decorated for Christmas, this was a wonderful place to enjoy the New Years weekend. Amila was the perfect hostess and always responded quickly. The location is great for enjoying the area.

Nice clean house

Very clean house, nicely furnished. Very conservative on paper towels and toilet paper, had to go buy more because we ran out. Coffee maker worked but took 2 hour to make a full pot. Wide variety of utensil, all knives very very dull. Way too may air fresheners, gave us all a headache within an hour. Very poor water pressure. Location is good for lighthouse or winerys.

Beautiful Property

The property is absolutely gorgeous and ideal for a family with kids and dogs. House was spacious and accomodated our large group of seven adults and two children well. The location is convenient to downtown with a grocery store and close to local beach. There was also a farm produce stand right down the road we enjoyed. Owner is very communicative. Neber had any issues getting a response for any questions. Be prepared tjat someone may stop by to water flowers during warmer months. Trains do go by- they did not bother our group for sleeping but can be a little loud if you're hanging outside. If you're a large group doing cooking, I'd recommend bringing a set of mixing bowls, measuring cup, and some pantry basics. Other than that, the kitchen had plenty to work with. Also recommend bringing extra toilet paper and paper towels for a large group on an extended stay. Didn't see any extras in the house, so was glad we came prepared with extra!

Fall getaway

Just came back from a wonderful 2 days staying at this property with friends. Very nice house and was convenient to wineries and breweries. Definitely will he back!! Host was great!!!

Perfect Stay

The house was immaculate. Many thoughtful extras. The setting is specular and the view from the deck is beautiful. The area offers lots to do to keep busy. Wineries, Lake Chautauqua plus some great restaurants. Would definitely return.

Great house and area to stay in

The home was a perfect place for our girl weekend. Close to so many winery’s to visit. Beautiful property to stay on. We loved every minute of our weekend. Great host always got right back to me with any questions I had. And such a bonus being a dog friendly home. My dog loved country life for the weekend.

Comfortable,spacious, and welcoming home

The home is even larger and beautiful than the pictures portray. The owner was very kind and patient even though we had to call him a few times during our stay. He took care of issues very quickly. The outdoor space was amazing. I wish our event had not used up our night time hours because it would have been great to use the fire pit in addition to the beautiful deck. We enjoyed the trains and were unable to heat them while inside the house. We hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect for our needs

Great house, perfect location, large enough for our family of 6 to have our own space. Owner was fabulously communicative, we felt very welcomed the moment we stepped in the door. Will hopefully be able to stay again, have plans to visit some of the many surrounding vineyards!

Our stay was great. House is very big and clean. Note the garage can be used as a bonus room if it rains. Pictures show a pool but it is now the firepit. All in all a great house to rent!

House was very clean and neat. Had everything that you would need. The Driveway was perfect for Boats had plenty of parking. The Host was Helpful and worked with us. would love to stay again in the future.
