The space
Comfortable two-bedroom house.

Master bedroom, with outlets within easy reach (on each nightstand), a lamp, a closet, and an iron.

Bedroom with two queen-size bunk beds and a small cabinet for storing clothes.

Living room with a futon, TV with Wi-Fi connection, stereo, and books.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a gas stove with an oven, a mini-fridge with a freezer, a kettle, plates, pots, glasses, mugs, an Italian coffee maker, a coffee grinder, etc. Sugar and salt are provided.

* The tap water is safe to drink.

For your convenience, we’ll provide a 20-liter jug of purified water with a dispenser so you can refill your bottles.

The bathroom has a hot shower, toilet, sink, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, 1 roll of toilet paper, a hand towel, and a bath towel for each passenger, and a hair dryer.

**Supplies (salt, sugar, toilet paper, purified water jug, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap) are provided once only.

Casa Once has gas heating (stove), which must be requested in advance; there is an additional charge based on the length of your stay.

Free public parking is available; this means your vehicle will be parked on the street in front of the entrance.
Guest Access
Entry to the house is self-service.
You’ll find the safe right by the front door; I’ll send you the combination on the day of your check-in.

To check out, you can leave the keys inside the house or in the safe.
Other important details
Checkout is at 11 a.m. If you wish to stay until 1 p.m., there will be an additional charge of 30,000 CLP; if you’d like to extend until 4:00 PM, this will be charged as an additional day. (Subject to availability)

I can receive your luggage or store it for you if needed (at no cost).

Casa Once is pet-friendly; so if you’re bringing your pets, please make sure to bring all their supplies. If your pet isn’t used to being left alone while you’re on a tour, I recommend not subjecting it to that kind of anxiety—and also to avoid potential damage to the property.
