Enjoy a carefree stay in this brand-new, stylish studio on the 1st floor, perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, the promenade, the new Casino, and nearby shops. The bright and spacious living area, featuring large windows, opens onto a generous terrace where you can relax and soak up the sun. The open, fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio offers a sleeping nook with a fold-away bed for 2 people and an automatic inflatable mattress for 1 person. The bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet provide extra comfort. With a surface area of 50 m², this studio perfectly balances space, comfort, and modern charm. The residence stands out with its unique architecture, combining a historic façade with clean, contemporary lines. A high-quality and tastefully decorated studio, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a refined seaside getaway. In addition, a private parking space is included with the studio. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. Het atelier in Middelkerke was een absoluut pareltje! De ruimte is slim ontworpen, waardoor het veel groter lijkt dan het in werkelijkheid is. Ik vond vooral het automatisch opblaasbaar matras erg leuk, echt een uniek detail! Dankzij de grote ramen was er veel natuurlijk licht in de kamer en ik kan me voorstellen hoe geweldig het terras zou zijn als het gemeubileerd was. De locatie is perfect, op korte loopafstand van het strand en dichtbij de tramhalte, zodat u gemakkelijk bij nabijgelegen attracties als Casino Oostende kunt komen. Kortom, een gezellige en comfortabele plek om te verblijven!
