Great lication

Great central location and easy check in. Property was clean and as described. Hugh was very helpful and responsive with any questions. Will book again definitely for our next trip to Bristol

Hideous

The property was over a kebab shop with 3 lots of stairs to get to the top. Door was wide open with drunk people in hallway. The drains were blocked and we were told to buy bleach and unblock them, place was dusty and we didnt feel safe so we left after half hour. The owner was really abrupt and rude ruined our night

Stay here at your peril. We booked the accommodation for daughter’s graduation. It’s presented online by VRBO as a bright and airy flat . However , this is most definitely not the case . The flat is located in a particularly scruffy part of Bristol, located between many fast food places . Once negotiating the key safe , guests are greeted by the most awful communal access area, stains on walls, rubbish everywhere and obvious signs the properties are not well maintained . Once inside the property it was immediately apparent that the flat was in fact a grubby , dark space . Everything was dated and well worn . We decided without hesitation to cut our losses and not stay at the property . This accommodation should not be advertised as fit for habitation .

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this apartment. Upon arrival, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. The key was supposed to be in a lock box, but it wasn’t there when we arrived. We were left stranded in a city we had never been to, with no place to stay. To make matters worse, the owner was incredibly inconsiderate and did not seem to care about our situation. It was evident that they should have checked the lock box beforehand to ensure everything was in order. As a result, we had to scramble to find alternative accommodations at midnight, which ended up costing us five times the amount we had planned to spend. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and considerate host.

Quartier bruyant, appartement qui ne correspond pas aux attentes avec de nombreux dysfonctionnements: fenêtre cassée et donc du bruit, 2 chaises seulement malgré une location pour 5, évier qui se bouche, pas de consignes pour le check in ni pour les poubelles, logement peu propre...
