The first floor consists of a large living/dining room with terrace, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Stairs lead to the second floor where you will find two double bedrooms with terraces and a second bathroom with shower.
On the top floor is a very large solarium terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the canal and the entire Gulf of Roses.
This house is located on the seaside and has a community pool reserved for guests of the residence (6 houses).
