The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building along the seafront in Marina di Cecina, in an ideal location to explore the local shops, restaurants, and bars. The area is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the sea while having everything within reach.
The interior is bright and welcoming. The living area includes a spacious living room with a balcony, from which you can admire breathtaking sunsets and enjoy moments of relaxation with a view of the horizon. The kitchen, though small, is well-organized and functional, equipped with plates, utensils, and the main appliances, including an oven and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a French bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom, with a window and a washing machine, completes the layout.
Additionally, the apartment features a convenient garage, a valuable asset, especially in such a sought-after area. The garage provides a secure space for parking your car and storing beach gear or bicycles, ensuring practicality and convenience during your stay.
