CavaBajaSuites 202 FUENTE DE LA CIBELES

Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!

This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.

It was inaugurated in March 2024.

The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, it features AEROTHERMIA renewable energy and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

The place is very nice for a couple spending the weekend in Madrid. The location is fantastic and César, even though we did not meet, communicated excellently all that we needed to know and how to best enjoy our stay. The welcoming gifts were particularly nice and very valued. Thank you for a great experience.

The apartment has absolutely everything you might need - every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The communication with Elena was very pleasant and efficient, and the welcome surprise was a delightful touch. We were truly impressed. A wonderful place, definitely recommended.
