The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac beneath the Cairngorm Mountains and just a 10-minute walk to the village of Aviemore’s amenities and leisure facilities.

Fairwinds is a semi-detached bungalow with two bedrooms which sleeps 2-4 guests. There is an enclosed garden with a shed to store bikes and skis.

Bathroom: There is a family bathroom with bath /shower, toilet and sink.
Living Room: Open plan living room and new fitted kitchen.
Utility Room: Small utility room with sink.
Garden: There is a small enclosed garden with patio area suitable for pets and children. It also has a shed for guests to use to store bikes and out door equipment during their stay.
