Casa Josefina Delightful Town House in Sitges

Casa Josefina is situated within a 15-minute walk of the town and the beaches.



It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.



The house offers a pretty garden with plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing and alfresco dining and also a private parking space.



The décor and furnishings of Casa Josefina are in contemporary style with a touch of artistic charm and offers every convenience and comfort you would expect in a good home.



ACCOMMODATION



The interior of Casa Josefina is modern and fresh with mostly white walls and light ceramic flooring creating a bright and cool ambience.



Careful splashes of colour have been added to every room in the house through contemporary furnishings and clever artistic touches.



Casa Josefina is distributed over 3 floors as follows;



Ground Floor



Entrance to the house is from street level and into a hallway with the kitchen, open plan living area and guest toilet leading off it.



The split-level open plan living and dining area is bright, spacious and tastefully furnished.



On the first level is a dining table seating up to 8 guests and stairs leading up to the first floor.



A couple of steps lead down to the living space complete with two comfortable sofas and two armchairs as well as a TV and fireplace.



Two double sliding doors lead out to a large and sun drenched terrace equipped with BBQ and an additional dining table seating 10 guests, perfect for al-fresco dining.



Next to the terrace is a delightful garden area and a chill-out space complete with comfortable low seating.



There is a sun canopy that can be extended over the terrace when shade is required.



Also on this floor is a fully-equipped and good sized, modern kitchen with a small dining table and 2 chairs.



First Floor



The first floor of Casa Josefina features the very spacious master suite with ensuite bathroom and private terrace.



There are 2 further bedrooms, both comfortable and nicely furnished, as well as another family sized bathroom.



Top Floor



The top floor is designed as an open plan studio-style sleeping area that sleeps 4 with a large double bed and a day bed as well as an additional Z-bed if required.



This room offers a lovely private sun terrace offering nice views over Sitges and glimpses of the sea.

Bedroom 1: Master suite with ensuite bathroom & built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Twin with built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3: Double with built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 4: Top floor studio with double bed, 2 x singles and private terrace.



Bathrooms:

Ground Floor – Guest toilet, washbasin.

1st floor – Ensuite bathroom, large shower, washbasin & toilet.

1st floor – Family bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin & toilet.



GARDEN & TERRACES

Casa Josefina has a delightful terrace and garden offering the perfect space for alfresco dining with a BBQ and large dining table for up to 10 people.



The dining area also has an optional sun shade to offer privacy or relief from the hot midday sun.



The other side of the terrace is a courtyard style chill-out area complete with two sun beds, a sofa with two chairs and a low table.



The delightful garden area that borders this large terrace is full of mature Mediterranean plants and flowers.



The house also has three additional private terraces, two on the first floor off the master suite and one large terrace off the top floor studio, offering additional space for sunbathing or a quiet time for reading and relaxing.



All of the house is for your use.



– Monthly rentals only.

– A 150 Euro cleaning fee is payable on arrival.

– There is a 250€ per month utility fee, for normal usage.

– A fortnightly clean is required and payable on arrival.

– Linen and towels not included but can be hired.

– Nearest beach 15 minutes walk.

– Sitges town centre is 10 minutes walk.

– The house has several floors which should be taken in consideration for people of restricted mobility.

– There is secure off-street parking for one car at Casa Josefina.

– There is also limited free parking in the side streets next to the villa.
